Express Imaging HTX is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to perform diagnostic tests and analyze results that support accurate patient care. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and a focus on precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory tests on patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
  • Analyze and report accurate results to medical staff
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment
  • Follow proper protocols for sample collection and handling
  • Document and deliver test results in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited medical laboratory technician program
  • State licensure and certification (as required)
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing, and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
